    The Reds have already used up Chapman, Cingrani and Simon. You can't really keep playing for one inning at a time. You have to let guys go multiple innings.

    With offense like this you can see why none of the ten pitchers that have appeared tonight have an ERA higher than 3.04. Offense is MIA across most of the league these days.

    When Thom pointed out that Partch worked two yesterday, it changed my mind. Dusty had no choice but to let Sam work two innings.

    If Dusty uses a new pitcher now, he'll probably double switch Hannahan into the game.

    Again, probably no choice. Either Lecure goes a third inning or he has to double switch.
