I think what's going to happen is they will hit a guy and we'll hit a guy. It'll go on like this till the end of the season and there won't be any bench clearing brawls

I don't see this as a problem. No one forces anyone else to read these things. A much bigger problem is the fact that so many journalists are just mouthpieces for the government.

I don't know. You're right in that no one forces anyone to read these but then again people take them seriously. Articles like this I'd rather see on social media only where you can take it with a grain of salt. Putting it on Yahoo lends credibility to it. At one time the New York Post was a credible newspaper. Now you can't hardly believe a word of what is printed. As fans we are looking for information. We hope it's accurate and if it isn't, we just hope it's an honest mistake and not just information put out there to get hits and likes.

Seriously? You're trying to get on a high horse about this on a REDS mesage board?

That's at least the second time he's pulled that line out. He's stealing from his own posts now, since he has nothing new to add.

Murdoch purchased it in 76. Prior to that it was pretty well known as a good liberal paper, it has been around for 212 years too!

And in the baseball world the government is who?

Because we are talking about hack baseball journalism on a major portal site not the front page of the city paper

The New York Post was founded by Alexander Hamilton in 1801.

Under no circumstances is hating the Cardinals a problem.
