Latos just gave Mesoraco major props on the game he called tonight and it seemed to me like he was saying Mes has grown up.

Mez has improved his mechanics according to the report from the dugout noted by Welsh on the radio last night, the Reds are pleased with this
I now expect a retort that nothing was ever wrong with them.
Has he improved because he is playing more or is he playing more because he improved?
Btw, Latos complimented Mesoraco in an interview with Pic last night on FSN. Said Mesoraco called a great game and he only had to shake him off 1 time all night.
He is improving but his OPS is still hovering around .700, lets not act like he is a world beater all of a sudden.
I think the average for catchers is around .750. Catcher isn't a premier offensive position. Mesoraco can get by at .700.
