What a nightmare stretch this team is about to face. Bad, exhausted bullpen on a west coast trip.

Main thing keeping Reds in good shape is starting pitching.

If the starters slump I think the Reds will soon be in deep trouble.

The offense is pretty good but doesn't hit for much power and IMO won't carry the team to victory. The pen is hurt by injury.

Without Ludwick and with the spotty pen, the rotation needs to be stellar.

I think Lutz or Partch goes for Heisey's return..

Joey is certainly elite, but that contract is something else and Goldy is 4 years younger without a bad knee.

I think I would make the trade, Just a half of a season but Goldy is better right now.

I've decided to watch a Genesis concert from 1984.

    Don't judge.

I see where you're coming from, but I just can't trust dudes who have such a limited resume. Not if I'm giving up my franchise player.
Rounding third and heading for home...

    Dude can rake.
No-brainer, take it! Votto's contract is ridiculous.

For what? 3 innings before he goes back to the DL?

Left field needs to be addressed yesterday.

Heck, Marshall was only allowed to pitch to one or two batters, the real problem is the rest of the pen. Hoover, Partch, Parra, etc, just aren't prime time. OTOH, our two rivals have dynamite bullpens so far. Big problem. So far...
