NFL: Colts

Just as many Reds fans, I didn't grow up within the Bengals TV market territory.Reds and Steelers????? What the?
Why the Steelers?
1) I used to detest the Cowboys in the 70's and 80's: and the Steelers seemed to be the only team that could consistently beat "America's Team" in those days, especially in big games.
2) I HATE the Ravens for a variety of reasons - both Browns and Colts related. The Bengals are thankfully closing the gap, but let's face it...for years the Ravens would have cake-walked to divisional titles without the Steelers presenting a challenge to them.
3) Antwann Randle El.
College Football and Basketball: Indiana
Next up: NC State
NHL: Sabres
Next in line: Hurricanes and Blue Jackets.
NBA: Pacers
Next in line: 76ers and Timberwolves.
I used to be a Soccer fan back in the NASL days, but the sport doesn't do anything for me anymore.
No offense to fellow Redzoners, but if Golf, Tennis and NASCAR all ceased to exist, I wouldn't miss them at all. Once the NBA and NHL playoffs end, it's baseball only for me until football season begins.
Whatever you do, do your best to not allow the struggles of life to interfere with the pleasures of living.
MLB - Red Sox and Reds
NHL - Boston Bruins
NFL - Patriots and Bengals
NBA - Celtics
College - University of Central Arkansas Bears and Arkansas Razorbacks

MLB: Reds
NCAA Football and Bball: UC
NFL: Bengals (I choose to not support Mikey with my money)
EPL: Fulham
MLS: Crew
NHL: Apathetic, although I enjoy watching it occasionally
NBA: Apathetic
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.
MLB - Reds
NHL - Blackhawks
NFL - Bengals
NCAA - UK
I used to follow the Bulls, but the NBA is so unwatchable FOR ME that I don't really keep up. I'll pay attention to what they do, but only in a passing way, not an active one. The Bengals are becoming that same way for me. If the NFL wasn't once a week I certainly wouldn't pay attention.
Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98
“Everything that happens before Death is what counts.”
― Ray Bradbury, Something Wicked This Way Comes
Reds - grew up in Cincinnnati
Bengals -same
Ohio State -alma mater
USC - go there now
LA Galaxy -David Beckham...just kidding. Just love soccer and live in LA
Arsenal - my youth soccer team was Arsenal, found out years later when I started getting into soccer that was an actual team. Seemed like a logical reason to become a fan.
Utah Jazz - lived in SLC during the Stockton/Malone era, but don't follow as closely as others
Reds (childhood team), Florida State (alma mater). That's the extent of my deeply held attachments.
I still keep an eye on how UK is doing, that's who I rooted for growing up and most of my family is in Kentucky, but it's a distant secondary allegiance now. A step down from there is Western Kentucky, who graced me with a scholarship for a glorious summer.
All other sports preferences are based on how much I like watching them, not emotional attachment or reflected glory or any of that. I liked the Showtime Lakers. I liked the Bill Walsh 49ers. I briefly counted myself as a Jaguars fan living in Jacksonville, but never latched onto the Titans living in Nashville. Etc. I tend to follow leagues as a whole rather than specific teams. (I joke that my "team" in the NFL now is the RedZone Channel.)
And, while I love sports as much as I ever did, sports fans annoy me more with each passing year. I know, get off my lawn.

I follow teams from different areas. When growing up in Western PA I couldn't stand Steeler fans, so I wanted to root for a different team. My best friend was a Packers fan, and the first game I watched in about 4th grade was a Bucs-Packers game and loved the Bucs defense. So I started rooting for the Bucs ever since (plus some of my relatives knew Jon Gruden, good guy)
Minny Twolves fan, was a huge KG fan and stuck with Minny even though KG was traded (still root for him though)
Reds fan because my parents were both huge Reds fan back in the day.
I follow both college basketball and football, but don't really have a team I specifically follow. Don't follow Hockey
MLB: Reds Is there any other team?
College Sports: Kentucky
NFL: Dallas but I don't follow nearly as close as I used to.
I don't really follow anything else that close anymore. At one time I followed the Kentucky Colonels in the old ABA very closely. But that's been a long time ago and shows how old I really am.
Reds Fan Since 1971

Hockey: Whoever I am hanging out with at the time's team

Ranks via level of paying attention and actually following. Reds then a big gap to IU BB. Smaller gap to Indy football and Tot. Everything else is just because I follow sports.

NFL: The New York Football Giants
NCAAF: Notre Dame
NCAAB: North Carolina
NBA: New York Knicks
