How odd that multipurpose stadiums look like such complete fossils. That is some serious tarp covering the upper deck. They really store all those things in-between Raiders games?

Nothing says 12:38am like the Partch and Parra show.

Watching this team makes me wonder how last year's team....WITH STUBBS....ever won more than half its games.

When are we going to start hitting the ball? We haven't scored more than 5 runs in a game in 2 weeks. We have scored more than 5 runs in a game only 3 times in the past month.

I personally love me some Mark Reyonlds. But he k's a ton and goes into some long droughts himself. But I'd give a middle prospect or two for him. A Soto type

A big problem with for Reds fans is the media. Baby Fay's parents must own the Enquirer

What is Rolen doing now John? "Snarky remark on Twitter followed by some grammar issues and a few typos

And without Votto. The pitching was on fire and the hitting was timely. Frazier, Hanigan and even Cozart are hitting worse and there is no Ludwick either, to get hot and help carry the team.

I just want Walt to not wait until the middle of July, if this continues before he realizes what he has is not enough.

    Encouraged by Partch and Parra.

In Fay's defense, that is a stupid question. Know what Rolen is doing? Sitting at home, being retired.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Some timely 2 out hitting with RISP would remedy that problem.

Last I checked Frazier was about 33rd in MLB in WAR.

Yeah, seems high to me too, but the man has produced.

A Mark Reynolds type would be nice, but I like Frazier's defense. Headley would be my first choice if the Padres are out of it. Unless the player is on the Marlins, Astros, Cubs or Brewers, I wouldn't say anyone looks too intriguing.

Id give up more then that. I'd give them Frazier, corcino, and Winker

It's mostly based on his glove, ironically. In the field this season, he's been Rolantastic.

He had a great April, like Choo. Only Choo takes walks and gets hit. Is anyone hitting in June besides Bruce?

    They are in a bad rut now, but let's remember;

    1) Lost our $7M LF cleanup hitter for at minimum 4 months on opening day
    2) Our #1 starter out or in return from injury mode most of the year
    3) Marshall, the most critical bullpen part not named Chapman out virtually all season
    4) Broxton on DL
    5) Depth depleted with Heisey on DL and the trades for Latos and Choo over the past couple of offseasons. Cupboard empty in the minors for position players
    6) Hanigan regression at age 32, failure of mgmt to recognize issue

Fortunately this team has beat the living tar out of the bottom feeders and is still in good shape as of June 26. I am very concerned about this stretch for the next 3-4 weeks. I'd take 3-4 games out on July 31st for sure at this point.
