A sense of urgency would be a nice thing to see occasionally when the wheels are falling off.
I totally understand your point, but the season is a marathon, not a sprint

The Spurs rested their big players against the Heat in the regular season... Didn't matter come playoff time that they did.

Ah yes. Those lousy Rockies who took 2 of 3 from the Reds and pounded us for 17 runs.

    Reds with three consecutive walks.

Heisey up next. Anyone think the walk streak will continue? Not I.

Chris is hitting tonight, a (good) correction is due, hope he does something here.

May 2011 was probably a better hot streak but this is the best Jay Bruce has ever looked at the plate. Several pitches that AB that Jay would chase on a regular basis before. Hell of an AB.

They now have Tulo out....and Gonzalez has been hurt. Bad timing for the Reds.

A base hit here and it's a game again.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

I do not know how Bruce missed 2 of those fastballs on 3-2....but that AB does not happen a couple of years ago or maybe even last year. To be that patient and not give in. Great work.

Terrible call on 0-1. Arroyo certainly wasn't getting that call.

How's everyone? Just dropped in to see if anyone was giving up and man, some were. I really think that the Reds have a chance, but with this lineup, we needed a good game from Bronson. Didn't happen. Maybe HiC can get a hit. I guess not. Weak just like LF and C this year.

That's awesome logic. The Marlins beat the Cardinals in a series a few weeks ago, they must be the best team in baseball.

It's a long season. 3 games mean almost nothing.
