Lazz strikes again with that 2 strike pitch. Where's FoxTrax tonight? Cincinnati?

    Neshek gets the win?

Lazz screwed Heisey on strike 2....he needed another pitch to see to have a prayer.

    should have batted paul
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Ricky henderson has a higher OBP than C. patterson and he's retired. C. Trent 6-14-2008

A sense of urgency would be a nice thing to see occasionally when the wheels are falling off.
And then what? We would have to rely on our inconsistent bullpen to produce 6+ innings of excellent pitching. If they don't fare well, we use our entire pen for the sake of one game. We head to a talented Rangers team over the weekend, and we cant afford to have a strained bullpen going into that series. We just cant afford to risk being short ended just to have a CHANCE to stay in one ballgame.

It's ok, Heisey has a good career average. Or something.

Man, I hardly believe they're holding a grudge for 23 years. Heck, I had to break out my tape (gotta burn it to DVD) to remember much about it.

Absolutely correct. I didn't think of it, neither did the manager apparently.

Partch in to pitch and i would expect him to take one for the team unless the Reds can score some more runs.
