I watched the game on milb.tv, and while they didn't have a CF camera I could still see the swings they were getting against him. In all, I'd say on OK outing. Key point still is that he's not overmatching hitters. This was the team with the second-lowest team batting average in the Midwest League (somewhere in the .230s). Very few swings and misses. Travieso did have much better command of his secondary stuff, if the announcer's descriptions were accurate. Those are both great points - he got breaking balls in there pretty consistently for strikes, which I don't see a lot of these Low A pitchers do. And the first inning was 30+ pitches and easily his worst.
