Mat sometimes loses it later on, so it's good Darvish is throwing a lot of pitches too.

Does Cozart realize he hits grounders to third and pop ups to the right side virtually all the time?

Is this a BABIP problem? Bad luck? He hits these grounders very hard. But you would think an adjustment is in order.

So is Kinsler that bad of a 2B? That was terrible.

    Cozart should have bunted.

You watch Cozart hit and you think he should have so much more production.

He almost never walks, which is bad, but he does hit the ball hard. But usually these grounders are right to guys.

    Whatever, c'mon BP.

Darvish at 59 pitches through three.

I hate to bank on a starter getting tired, but this fellow is pretty good and the Reds aren't hitting much.

One last thing on Cozart. He pops up a lot, but he has a 49% ground ball rate this season, up from 42% last year.

He hits the ball hard, if he could drive the ball into the air he would have much better numbers. Just get it off the ground.

    I'm sure they know, whatever.

That's what I've been seeing with Mesoraco. Strike three, he couldn't hold it, runner steals second with no throw.

    Needs to improve on that.
