They are slumping. Oddly, they are slumping at the exact same time in the season that they were slumping last season. 6-11 leading up to game 82 last year, 7-10 this year.
Injuries are catching up to them. You know the list, I don't need to repeat it here.
I think Ludwick and Marshall especially have been tough losses, unexpected ones. Not that any injuries are expected.
When I see Simon pitching in the 8th in a close game, I know the Reds don't have all their horses.
