    7/2/13 - Reds vs. Gigantes - Homer Bailey's 2nd No Hitter

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I want to make sure I'm recognized as the first person to say "wish Cozart and Paul were swapped," since inevitably someone will say it.

I'm not going to say it.
I wish we had a #4 RH power bat so Paul and Cozart
could stay down low in the lineup.

Thx -- in the first inning I thought I saw him being in control tonight --- but -- a no no? can't say that entered my mind

Sean Casey says Votto has so many errors because he tries to make plays nobody else can. You all have seen more games than I have, but dropping a foul pop doesn't seem to match this claim...and I saw at least a few more boneheaded errors that were not due to an amazing attempt.

    Choo!!
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

Probably a double! But certainly a nice start!
