Getting housed by the Seattle Mariners in the first game of our 3, with none other than Harang on the mound, is the last thing we need.

Kyle Seager is a good third baseman.
"This isn’t stats vs scouts - this is stats and scouts working together, building an organization that blends the best of both worlds. This is the blueprint for how a baseball organization should be run. And, whether the baseball men of the 20th century like it or not, this is where baseball is going."---Dave Cameron, U.S.S. Mariner

Not looking good for Leake tonight. A walk, wild pitch, runner advances to third on out, SF scores the runner from 3rd and then a ground out. Basically gave that run to the M's. I think the off day has affected him.

Lots of game left down by only 4.

Other scenarios that are way worse in the long run compared to possibly losing a game to harang include the following: season ending injuries to Votto, Bruce, Phillips, choo, bailey, Latos, chapman, etc.

Seriously, Captain Literal? Why didn't you include a redux of the plague or nuclear holocaust?

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
