Plenty of time to come back from being 3-0. They can do this.

I agree. And there's the way to maybe get it started. Heisey with a double!

Hi-C double smoked down the line.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

There are 3 full-time players in MLB with a lower OB% than Cozart (.265)

    The Marlins SS bats 7th
The Blue Jays C bats 8th
    The Astros C bats 8th

Which hypothetical feat would be more impressive: Drew Stubbs striking out on two pitches or Zack Cozart hitting into a DP while leading off an inning?

Anything under .320 while batting 1st or 2nd in front of Votto is unacceptable. That he hits there @ .265 and a permanent change has not been made is just plain bad managing.

The Right-handers came through that inning against Saundes with a Double and a nice bunt by Arroyo. Cozart also hit it hard last time up. The Right-handers should continue to hit him from here on....Cozart, Phillips and Frazier, hopefully all coming to bat next inning with two of three coming through.

    Nice snag, Joey!

    On that thought,...

It's been such a pleasure for REDS fans to watch the graceful Larkin for so many years man the infield followed by the equally graceful Phillips man the other side of the infield. That's a lot of years of great baseball to be fortunate enough to view live.

Reds have nine homers in the last fourteen days.

Reds have one solo homer in this weekend series so far.
