Latos has faced 7 hitters, but only throws 20 pitches...hope he settles down. Upton reaches first on the K.

    well, that was awful
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

On BJ Upton, he struck out. Mesoraco did not catch it cleanly. Upton took off for first and Mesoraco's throw hit him in the back. Latos then strikes out Chris Johnson.

Latos struck out Upton. Mez couldn't find the ball. Had to rush the throw to 1st and hit Upton in the back. Scored as a K and E on Devin.

    Welcome back FCB!

Latos K'd Upton on a pitch in the dirt. Mes couldn't find it, and once he did he drilled Upton in the back as he was running to first. 2-2 after one inning.
    I miss Adam Dunn.
