"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I like Brandon but my gosh can he make some dumb baserunning mistakes at times.

Sucks, but let's not act like only the Reds do it. Remember yesterday how Gomez dove back to 2nd for Milwaukee with 1st and 2nd and no outs?

I like being up 2-zip with Latos on the mound.

Frazier is gonna need to lay off of that pitch. Feels like he swings at it every time.

Nice inning but could have been more. Brandon Phillips has got to be one of the worst three baserunners I've seen play for the Reds.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

The Reds get 2 on 3 hits, an error, and a stolen base. Along with 2 k's from the black holes and 1 brain fart. Good start, but could have been better.
