The board has been fraught with the following topics

    Dusty is stupid because of...

    Cozart in slot two
    Wants Chapman as a closer
    Is currently burying Devin
Doesn't have a subscription to BP
When talking about WAR he always refers to Edwin Starr

I'm talking about the work done from November to February.

What should the board be talking about?

It's either too late or too early for that.

And in the meantime, Phillips is league average, Frazier is below, and the catching, LF, and Cozart are well below.

Point being, Dusty is taking all the crap, when maybe he's been handed a fair handful of crap.

What do you call a .728 OPS?

The issue isn't Cozart hitting second. The issue is Cozart getting base just 26% of the time.
The other alternative, other than moving up the middle of the order, is to use the left fielder in the second slot. Paul has slumped, but he is a decent hitter with a good OBP. DRob has real speed which can help. Heisey seems to be hitting now (famous last words).

I agree with you that the most important issue is that Cozart (and the Reds catchers) really shouldn't be in a contender's lineup at all. Cozart, Mesoraco, and Hanigan haven't been major league hitters this year so far.

To me, though, the batter between Choo and Votto is very important. And the Reds have messed it up. The Ludwick injury hurt but when you have two OBP beasts you need to keep these rallies alive. So i am sympathetic to the argument being made.

He then steps in it and makes it worse.

Or maybe the season that has gotten the Reds 11 games above .500

The game is a game of failure, this board knows it because it dwells on it

A product of hitting behind Choo and Votto?
