    Braves announcers alluded to how maddeningly inconsistent Bailey is. They seemed astonished that Bailey isn't more successful with his stuff.

    Oh well. Interesting and somewhat intractable game thread. Less than interesting game.

    The right-handed hitters on the team: .230/.290/.352 .643. That's about 55% of Reds PAs this season. Throw in 50 DPs as well.

    Yet the team is 2nd in the league in OPS vs LHP (one point below the dodgers). Thank goodness for Bruce and Votto

    The lefties have an aggregate OPS just north of 800. They've collectively been great.
