Neftali Soto went 2 for 4 with a Homer.
H-Rod went 0 for 4. Nobody else in the line-up matters much.
Pedro Villareal went a perfect inning in relief. Perhaps he can recoup some value in the bullpen.

The Dayton Dragons lost to the Quad City River Bandits (Astros) tonight, 9-2. I was at the game to check out the #1 overall pick in the 2013 draft, Mark Appel, make his debut for the Bandits (He'd pitched in two games in the NY-Penn League after signing with Houston).
About the only thing I saw positive from the Dragons in the game was Jeff Gelalich, the right fielder, who displayed a really good arm, making several long and on-the-money throws, including a throw to the plate to get a runner by two steps.
If evolution is outlawed, only outlaws will evolve!
