One way or another this could be a statement series for the 2nd half. Can't afford to lay an egg at home against a team ahead of us. Need to come out and show them that the division still goes through Cincinnati.

I just thought it was interesting that he comes out and defends putting Cozart 2nd, and then hasn't done so since.
He was building up his player in the media. Did you expect him to say he sucks?
Question is did he tell Cozart that he was taking him out of the second spot before he told the media he wasn't?

Yep, by pointing out that it's interesting that Dusty defended batting Cozart 2nd and then hasn't batted him 2nd since, I meant that I expected Dusty to say Cozart sucks.
That's the way it is here.
