there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Ricky henderson has a higher OBP than C. patterson and he's retired. C. Trent 6-14-2008

LOL. As exciting as the longball is, three of 'em isn't going to do it when there's nobody on base each time.

Solid team win. Reds need to win at least one more in this series.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

I'll trust the proven outfielder who has made dozens of diving catches over the pitcher from 200 feet away.
We're talking about Chris Heisey not pete Rose. The fellow has shown more than his share of mental lockdowns over the years both on the field, at the plate and on the bases. I will not give him the benefit of the doubt. I thought he should have dived, Welch though he should have dived and Simon thought he should have dived. But hey, its a free country. And we won.

Mental lockdowns? Yeah....but Heisey always hustles. We can just disagree I guess but I bet my house he doesn't get close to catching that ball with a dive.

It was a tough play, that Cozart makes look routine. Did you see Pittsburgh's defense tonight? It makes me appreciate our D even more, and Zack is a huge part of it. What does any of this have to do with Thom and Chris?

Amazing amount of negativity, but I'm glad game threads are back.

We're misunderstanding each other. Where did I ever say he didn't hustle? I said his play was dumb. Meseraco hustled tonight too. But his baserunning showed a lack of intelligence. Chris has never shown a lack of hustle to me but he often plays without intelligence.
