He's got quite a bit to work on going forward. Enough so that it would make me hesitate before penciling him into immediate rotation plans.

My favorite baseball is day games during the middle of the week. But, this is, as has been said, a true double-header, so it starts later. Don't know if I ever went to one of those.

    Dear Tony,

A first pitch strike is your friend. Also not falling behind most hitters will serve you well too.

I can't get over how goofy that Underpants guy is. He is hilarious.

We were really lucky that inning. Two rocket outs

George says he's an inspirational story. Probably for spazzes everywhere.

    FlavaFraz21 says, "Cozart!"

(He really didn't tweet that, but he's probably thinking it.)

Here is how I see it right now with Cingrani (as I see the first pitch called a ball that was right down the middle to Pence). He is not getting many calls lower in the strike zone (and the third "ball" to Pence was a prime example). I am not sure if it is a receiving thing from Mesoraco's end or if the umps are that terrible, but for the last 3-4 starts he has had, the umps have not called anything on the corners or at the bottom of the zone. You can tell Tony is not appreciative of it either.

Maybe one day he will "earn" that part of the zone, but it is astonishing on how often those pitches are not called in his favor.

However it happened, nice recovery by Cingrani.

Now, let's get one back, or at least put some pressure on the Starter.

I have a feeling the Reds will drop the hammer on this kid within the next inning or two.

    Oh, yeah.

    Long, long, Double.

Probably standing on 2nd by the time it lands.
