True. I was barely considering Cingrani as such because I kind of expected results similar to what we've gotten, especially the first time around the league.

Seems like StL ALWAYS has that happen, but maybe their prospects have all been their highest regarded.

Opening Day roster? He would have been our "ace" starting on Opening Day.

Judging by the FS Ohio scoreboard, the Niners lead the Bengals by a field goal.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Zito is good at home but the Reds have hit him really well. Just need Reynolds to hang in there because he isn't pitching that badly.

Reynolds has to be a ground all machine. If its above the kneecaps, he's in trouble.

Maybe the game turns and David Fulcher holds on this time.

    And cue Solomon Wilcots.

He looks better than Steve Parris...

It brings back memories of the 50's Redlegs of Frank Robinson, Gus Bell, Wally Post, Joe Nuxhall, and Ted Kluszewski. (Most of the players would have to show more red in their socks, though.)
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

True. You said 6-7 years ago. I was thinking more Jimmy Haynes and Paul Wilson era.

Paul Wilson fought Kyle Farnsworth one time.

    That went well.

The late Cory Lidle was also an Opening Day Starter for the Reds.
