Not a good sign for Nick Masset's future with the club, when they give his number (#40) to a one-shot fill-in.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

I just noticed the FS Ohio graphic has SF in red and Cin in orange. Guess they were not prepared for tonight.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

This kid has made some decent pitches this inning. Sandoval and Pence both just found an empty space. Bad luck.

Ouch. Reynolds getting knocked around. Looks intimidated out there.

He's still better than Pedro Villareal.

I hope the Reds saved at least a half dozen runs from the first two games. They might well need them.

Down 3-0 with a five hitter offense....not real good.

I believe this is known as "damning with faint praise."

I Just now got the extra Innings switches over to the Reds game. How did the Reds give up the 3 runs?

Believe this guy was the 2nd overall pick in the 06 or 07 draft.

    Inexact science.

How does it seem like the Cards have clowns come up to make starts like this and they go 6 IP, 1 ER and when we do it and they get absolutely shellacked?
