That would be my luck....pay a high price for prime seats and have Kareem Abdul Jabbar sit in front of me.

He's about to start repeating himself ad nauseum. That's his schtick - he gets a couple of facts about a player and every couple of innings will mention it again.

Keep scoring....the Dodgers trailed by 1 with 2 outs in the 9th and won by 5 yesterday and on Sat they trailed 8-3 in the 6th and won.

You would've been shot for saying that in 2008.

It's true, but as long as he calls the action in between, he could be reading the phone book for all I care.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

To say that a win tonite vs. the pistol hot Dodgers would be big would be a gross understatement. I'm getting the LA feed and they speak very highly of this Reds team.

The Cards have the toughest road trip possible ahead with 11 games vs. Braves, Reds and Pirates. (5 in 4 days w/Bucs) An excellent opportunity for the Reds to make up significant ground on somebody.

Jerry Hairston....only played a handful of games in CF for the Reds but he made the best play I've even seen by a Reds CF going 22 strides (Willie Mays WS catch was 21) and then did a full extension dive on the warning track going into the bottom of the wall....I think it was his 2nd game playing there.
