    Advice on car rims?

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 GT with 17" crome clad aluminum wheels that are driving me nuts. Everytime I hit a pothole or some other road hazard, I end up with a flat tire and a cracked or dented rim. I'm looking at replacing the same a wheel for the 4th time since we bought the car and I'm sick of it. I've never had this problem with any other car. The tire shop says to go with an OEM spec rim will cost $373. Needless to say, I'm thinking of going ahead and replacing all four with aftermarket rims, but I have no experience with buying rims. Does anyone have advice on buying rims (or finding affordable OEM rims)?

That didn't include spinners, so they shouldn't have bothered.

Search craigslist. You should be able to find a set of OEM wheels there.

OR you can dodge pot holes.

You can find a OEM for cheap at a junkyard.
