Big Change favoring large schools coming to NCAA

The Big 5 have spoken and Mark Emmert wants to keep his job....

This probably has implications for programs still stuck in the Big East limbo... I think changes are going to be significant and completely favoring big football conferences. Programs wont want to be left on the outside looking in....

Cincinnati can probably find a home (?) but schools like Miami are probably looking at being stuck in a lower tier division where illusions that they arent locked out of the big payday no longer are maintained.

This also feels like momentum toward paying players and there are certainly going to be large changes to rules governing recruiting.

"This isnít stats vs scouts - this is stats and scouts working together, building an organization that blends the best of both worlds. This is the blueprint for how a baseball organization should be run. And, whether the baseball men of the 20th century like it or not, this is where baseball is going."---Dave Cameron, U.S.S. The NCAA is a joke, thier greed has clouded thier original mission.
    Pessimists are well informed optimists
