don't see the old 9 -2 putout to 1B too often --- at least while sober
The older I get - the better I was

and yes - I hate the Cardinals (Reds fan since 1958)

    I miss Raisor

Hanley has been dialed in on Bronson, too. I'm nervous about this AB. Might even advocate walking him.

He put his shin guard on the ground in front of the base and gave Puig nowhere to go. Sweet! What an amazing heads up play.

Ramirez grounds into a 6-4 FC. 3-1 Dodgers after 5.

    Need some runs.

OMG, I had to back it up and watch it again to notice that was Rocco covering first. I've been playing/watching baseball for almost 50 years and I'm not sure I've ever seen that exact play before. Awesome!

    Great play Meso!
He looked a little cocky after having it work on Thursday night and getting a gift run. Mes was paying attention and may have saved an Arroyo blowup inning. Simply a great play by Mes. Wow.

Absolutely. There's no way Puig would have thought Rocco was following him up the line. That was just an amazing play by Rocco and Bruce.

I would love to know if that was mentioned in a scouting report or if Mes was savvy enough to realize the opportunity. Either way, still incredible.
