I feel fortunate to get the Win on Thursday night. A split would make me very happy in this series and I said that last night.

Dodgers and Rays are the two best teams in MLB right now. Spanning the spectrum from big spending punks to the ultimate small revenue awesomeness.

There's no amount of packing that will save this unit from a pedestrian LHP.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Like him or not..Puig flat out forces everyone not to blink or hesitate....balls to the wall and he's picked a lot of pockets and he's been picked a few. He can hit a ton and runs well with incredible closing speed in the OF....we haven't had a chance to see his arm.

The kid is a freak....we don't have to root for him, but he's great for baseball right now. It was Trout and Harper last year....this year it's Machado and Puig.

    Now let's beat them.

I can't say I agree with bringing Arroyo back.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

The Reds have been fortunate to avoid a lot of good pitchers the last few weeks, but they weren't going to have that luxury in LA. This series is going about how I expected so far. There isn't going to be any slugfests.

Yeah it doesn't get anymore pedestrian than Clayton Kershaw and Hyun-jin Ryu.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Not since Hanley and Mattingly barked at Alfonso.

Barking works if you don't overdo it.
