I hope the offense makes it to San Diego.
    Is it "next season" yet?

Okay, Choo's had enough of a day off. Bring him back in.

Reds really miss Ludwick against lefties like Capuano.

4 SO's so far for Cingrani. Nobody tell him that the free pizza promotion doesn't work in L.A.

Just when you think the offense is coming to life. And I know they have faced tough pitching first 3 games of this series but they look awful today.

And a long flyout to left to end the inning.

    phew
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

With a non-great lefty going against them, some of these RH hitters have to produce. Votto and Bruce are good against lefties, but some of these righties need to mash lefties like this.

In previous years, BP mashed lefties, not this year. The closest they have right now seems to be Heisey whose hot streak has been mostly playing against lefties.

Frazier, Mesoraco, Phillips, even Cozart need to hit a few good shots against this guy.

Cingrani throwing nothing but fastballs. You can't get away with that for very long.

No George, actually that is never a good idea. Chris - you are giving at bats away.

Heisey bunts for an easy out. Heisey's skill offensively is his power. Against this lefty he has a chance for an extra base hit.

    So he bunts.

Bruce? Frazier? Hell, I might put Choo-Votto-Bruce 3-4-5.

Phillips has been bad this year.
