That ball wasn't any higher than Ortiz's last night.

    ugh
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Man, some big games of 11 runs, etc. continue to belie the fact that this team is so frustrating on offense

The umps aren't helping, and Brandon is scuffling bad right now.

3 lefties in a row is just brutal for the reds... Horrible offense.

Brandon's numbers have went downhill this month. Now a .233 BA with OPS of .616 this month.

Dodgers have put the Reds back into an offensive funk......not doing anything today against Capuano.

The only RH hitter on the Reds with a .750 OPS or higher is Ryan Ludwick. Ryan walked twice on opening day.

Puig was about 9 days late on that pitch.

    Scully impressed with Cingrani.

This team is screaming out for RH help. I hope it's forthcoming because "Ludwick as magical unicorn" doesn't seem like a viable solution to me.

Yes, the offense sucks the last few games. But look at Cingrani and tell me Cueto would be doing any better than he's been.

I haven't watched the last 3 games, but you weren't kidding about the fans in LA getting excited every time the Dodgers put a ball in play.
