    It rained tonight. Baker.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Yes the offense is the problem, but I guess the poor lineup construction and underuse of Chapman are simply non-factors. It very well may have cost us a game yesterday and one tonight. Certainly didn't maximize the chances.

Maybe Dusty can yuck it up with Magic again tomorrow night while the game plays on in the background.

Gas prices here rose 3 cents over the weekend. Dusty.

He's been incredibly mediocre the majority of the year. Not a managing problem.

I know 59-48 is good...I guess...but it's nowhere near what it was supposed to be.

And this team is more than a tweak or two from being a contender for anything other than a play-in wild card contender.

This was supposed to be a legit World Series contender and other than a few rays of sunshine here and there, this season has just been chock full of frustration, bad luck, and underachievement.

In my opinion, tonight is the low point; the nadir. Maybe we sweep the remainder of the series. I don't know and I don't care that much right now. These guys have made me ambivalent. May just stop watching until the end of this road trip. Recharge the batteries so I can give a damn again, I guess.

Never cared for this meme, even when the Reds are bad. I got nothing against the Bengals, but I'd take even the worst Reds team over any football team any day of the week and not think twice.

I can't wait for the post that states we are third in runs and second (or what're) in run differential. Pollyanna. This team is endemic at bat without the occasional outburst against lousy pitching. I don't think this is a playoff team.

So many nights of my life wasted watching Reds baseball on the West Coast. Hours upon hours of otherwise useful existence.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Dude comes in, walks the first batter, gives up a 400+ bomb on the 2nd pitch of the 2nd batter and it's somehow a usage issue?

    Please.
