Happy Birthday to Dan Driessen. Age unknown by me.

Votto is going to bat third for the next 7 years (at least) of your Reds fandom - time to get over it.

For the record, D-Rob's .340 OBP is 2nd best in the lineup tonight. So if having him hit in front of Votto means Votto is hitting with nobody on, nobody is ever going to be on except for Votto.
Uhh, I seriously thought you were female. Or am I thinking of someone else?

I don't know? As far as I know I've had a penis since I was born, so this would be news to me.

Infield hit for Leake. Great effort by Cabrera

Let's face it, there are only four guys on the entire 25 man roster who have a clue which end of the bat to swing from, and two of them are hitting 3-4 tonight. One is nursing a sore ankle and the other needs a night off. Argue all you want about who is hitting 1-2, but there is no one else on the team who I would trust.

Dusty is doing fine with what he has to work with.

"Baseball's version of a gym rat, right there".

I love that. Perfect description of Leake.

And one of the four guys who has a clue has a .709 OPS this year. He's one of the GOOD hitters.
