I gave a man the heimlech (sp?) last summer at a Chinese buffet. That was an interesting experience.

1st and 3rd. Feels like only so many times we can see this before they draw blood. Let's hope it's not now.

I don't think Venable bends his knees at the plate
She used to wake me up with coffee ever morning

    Yup.

We've scored 7 runs in the last 5 games (as of right now), and Jay has 4 of the RBI and 2 of the runs scored. I'd say Joey and Jay are out best shots tonight. I still think we explode at some point. We can't let Leake lose in his hometown after the way he's pitched this year.

I don't think offensively he is an above average starting third baseman. If you include backups, you're probably right.

Defensively he's been good. Disappointing hitter this year.
Yes. His OPS is about average for qualifying players. He's been a fantastic defender. If you add in the garbage that hasn't qualified, he would be an above average hitter.

At worst, he's an average player.

You can make an argument (a pretty good one) he's an above average player.

Bouncer to first, and that ends it! Still no score through three.

Kotsay grounds out to 1st. 0-0 after 3.
