The middle was frustrating and difficult but overall not a devastating trip.

Going to be a fun weekend.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

It wasn't rude or controversial or anything like that. Just very fragmented thoughts and sentences. Like he was giving a speech in class and lost his notes.

    We're good again
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I was in the room with the TV on but whatever he was saying was so ---- boring is the word that comes to my mind -- that I drifted off & stopped listening
The older I get - the better I was

and yes - I hate the Cardinals (Reds fan since 1958)

    I miss Raisor

Joey Votto isn't paid to give interesting TV interviews to Jim Day!

I hope he gets paid for them. I can't imagine wanting to do them for free.

So glad they got this one. Now a much needed day off, and a weekend series that defines pennant race.

He was trying so hard to be boring that it was incoherent. I actually thought that made the interview a bit more interesting than it would have been otherwise. He's a weird cat for sure.

Are we talking about Votto the player or Votto my cat?
