New Cincy Sports talk 100.3 starts on 1/2

Anyone heard much about it? I've heard Tom Gamble will be back on from 6-9 in the morning.

You are correct. CBS Sports Radio affiliate, I believe.

CC has Fox Sports Radio and ESPN, Bengals, Reds, Bearcats, Xavier, and UK, so we'll see...

Have you heard anything else about programming? I'm glad more local sports talk will be on the air.

I've read that Amy Lawrence just left ESPN Radio to take a job with this network and Doug Gottleib (ugh, even if I misspell it) is also supposed to have a show on it as well

Is 101.3 based in Richmond, IN? If so, hopefully they've cranked up their wattage. It can be tough to hear even up here in Middletown.

I think 101.3 is erroneous. I believe it should be 100.3 and that's out of Norwood

Rick “The Brick” Ucchino, one of the afternoon sports talk guys on “Real Talk 1160″ WQRT-FM, will be the full-time morning sports anchor on WCFN-FM (100.3) — the former MOJO – when it joins 100+ stations launching the CBS Sports Radio Network on Jan. 2.

Is this a good thing? Ferrall sounds like Froggy from the Little Rascals without the charm.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

More local sports talk can be good and bad. When the callers are as well known as the hosts it can be bad. When different view points are discussed and it isn't just 'fire so and so' it can be interesting.

Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
    Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
    Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
    University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
    Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98

The Mo Egger/Gregg Doyel show from 9-noon on 1530 back in 2007 was the best local show I've listened to

Ferrall has a good show. Love how he has music in the background.

I made a point to listen to The Tom Gamble show this morning. I definitely enjoyed it more than any other sports morning show. Mike and Mike out, Tom Gamble in.
