It never ceases to amaze me how slow Brandon Phillips is out of the box.
Phillips grounds out to short
Bruce strikes out swinging. 4-2 Cards after 4.
Jay didn't luck into the catch....he's very good out there.
Bruce is either one of the toughest outs in the league ... or the easiest. There is no in between with him.
Must be the streakiest player in all of MLB. When he's on, no one is better. When he's off, Eric Milton could strike him out.

I love how they are giving Broxton updates like he's actually good or important to this team. Marshall is the one we need.
Broxton gave up 2 hits (shocking) and no runs during his 1 inning with Louisville today. One of the hits was a ground-rule double or he would have given up a run.
Lynn strikes out swinging. 3 Ks.
2nd four pitch walk with two outs in the last two innings. weird.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
"No matter how good you are, you're going to lose one-third of your games. No matter how bad you are you're going to win one-third of your games. It's the other third that makes the difference." ~Tommy Lasorda
weird photoshops of Brantley and Franco into today's Reds uniforms
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
If they induct Danny Graves into the Reds' HOF, they might as well not even have a Reds HOF.
