Just chiming in to say that Votto has been locked in for the last week. He's second in the league in hits, OPS, and runs scored. He's also third in average, I won't list his OBP accolades, we all know about those.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

What is Magrane talking about?! Bruce was an indifferent outfielder defensively?

What a tool. Joe, your Cardinals roots are showing.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

Yes, but I get the impression that you believe a strikeout is worse than any other out when clearly there are plenty of other kinds of outs that would have the same outcome. I'd rather have seen a hit in that situation but it was just another out just like a popup would have been.

I'm waiting for him to tell us Arroyo throws in the high-90s, BP struggles against lefties, and Mat Latos is 5'10.
