    Re: It's moving time

Moving time has been briefly delayed.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

No jinx, but that win sure smells like a playoff spot.

I came here to post almost the exact same thing...which, come to think of it, may be a jinx.

Yeah I must confess for posterity's sake that I thought there was no way he Reds would get a run there in the ninth.

This next stretch will decide if we win the division.
    Is it "next season" yet?

    Re: It's moving time

They've played around .500 baseball since May 27th or 28th, whenever they reached 15 over for the first time, so I'm not sure why I expected that to change. Oh well, still made up some ground and plenty of time left.
"I talked to an advance scout that told me if Joey Votto and Albert Pujols were on the same team he'd advise his team to do the unthinkable...pitch around Votto to get to Pujols." - Buster Olney, ESPN
