Tony Ballgame has been lights out since that error-laced first inning.

Cincinnati guys, how's the weather? Looks grey at the stadium. We going to have any delays?

I don't feel like looking it up on my phone, and since TWC left without completing my Internet setup I can't get on my computer.

A self-proclaimed "rumor" site says 5 teams have "genuine interest" in Hannahan.

Sounds like Hannahan's agent knows someone on the staff at mlbtraderumors if you ask me.

"Hey, do me a solid here. Say some BS like '5 teams have genuine interest' in my client. Thanks bro!"

Radar shows a couple of very light and isolated showers in the Cincinnati area and nothing headed that way. Should be fine.

They list their sources, and have broken many stories.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Oh, it's a good site. But don't pretend that what I say happened (Hannahan's agent asking a writer to post something that would help his client) doesn't happen all the time.

Some really bad swings this inning (and last).
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

Paul Janish was SO bad that I was so relieved to see anyone but him as the Reds' SS that I actually allowed myself to believe that Zack Cozart was good.

It was basically "Anybody but Janish." Cozart is an upgrade over Soft-J, but not much of one.

Looked like Votto knew those last two pitches were balls before the pitcher even released the ball.

Votto advances to second on the WP/PB. Prevents Phillips from grounding into a Phillips.
