Just curious, how many times has this kind of thing happened to you guys. I'm watching this game and I'm thinking to myself, when in the world did Nick Hundley move to catcher? I was blown away by it. I'm thinking, this guy is a really solid defensive thirdbaseman and one heck of a hitter. Maybe all these PED suspensions have forced him to fill in or something. So I start doing some research, seeing if he'd ever played catcher before. I pull up the first page and then...boom. Oh, that's not CHASE HEADLEY. Man, I'm a doofus. :O) 45 is a bit young for senility to set in isn't it? *grin*

Good. I couldn't take that dork Denorfia doing anything else to hurt us.

Headley and Hundley look/sound a lot alike. You are not alone.

Plus, throw in the mindless base running we've seen this year, all year long.

We've not seen his kind of baseball out of the Reds in a while.

I'm not panicking, I'm not trashing or hating on them, I'm just noticing a difference.
    sorry we're boring

    Marcus McBeth reference.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Good to know I'm not alone. I dread the day I have one of those moments with Hanigan, Hannahan, and Hanrahan. It'll happen eventually. :O)

That inning was yet another example of Jay Bruce's reputation saving a run. The runner could have probably tagged up 2nd to 3rd on the fly ball to RF, but didn't even try because of Bruce's arm. Then Cingrani throws a WP that would have scored that run. Just one of a ton of plays that occur in baseball that don't show up statistically.

He may not have a lot to show for it, but Devin hits the ball harder than most. The ball just jumps off his bat.
