Agree. College football has it right. There's an assigned official in the booth who is responsible for stopping action if he sees something. Replay delays are very short.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Bruce with the single to right! RALLY CAPS!!!!
Never studied the mechanics of it to determine the ease of it, but it seems pretty feasible that it could be done. But, it would change the game so much, I don't think I like it. I like the human element. However, that said, I was ready to quit watching MLB forever during the years where the umpiring was so bad...want to say '99 or something like that...that it looked criminal. So, maybe it would be a good idea to remove strikes and balls from the umpire's job, so that type of umpiring never occurs again.

And thank you Dusty for getting ticked while arguing....why Joe West made it out there kept him from getting tossed.

Ugh. Pitches to hit, Heisey not catching up.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

No, I don't have that privilege today. Just getting a couple of highlights here and there from MLB.TV.

Only just now got a chance to find out what's happening with the game. Wow. Didn't expect them to still be playing. Well, go Reds!

Heisey is bad. After this season it's time to move on.

I'm open to the idea, but I simply need to see it in action before I can decide. I'm sure the umps are 100% against the idea FWIW.
