Homer's reaction after the HR: "I wish I'd just @#$$#$ walked a guy!"

3 dingers, 2 hits by the pitcher, and walking a pinch hitter who was on the bench for 2 1/2 hours..... not exactly a quality start.

Should've been clearer. He clearly didn't have his good stuff tonight. He needs to be pulled. And he now needs some more runs.

True enough - but they also have a lot of games against the Cards as well as series' against the D-Backs and the Rangers. Get into 2nd behind them and they can be caught.

That said, the most important thing is Reds wins.

Not until the game is lost is Dusty's usual method re: taking out a starter.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

This needs to be homer's last batter.

At what point do you think the human known as David Bailey will progress? Or are the Reds stuck with a guy who has the potential to be an elite pitcher but only performs slightly above average?
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

Got to give the SP every possible chance to get a W because that is such an important stat. So much more than team W's.

Chasing a win for Bailey if the Reds score in the 8th. It's not the first time he's done it with Homer this year.
