This doesn't seem as scandalous as jojo is making it sound. Corey Harris gave Dix less than 500 dollars. With no indications that Dix was involved with an agent and bank records to prove that Dix payed it back, this really shouldn't be that big of a deal.
In isolation it shouldnt be a big deal but obviously Harris being put on leave isn't "in isolation".
