    Ha! Yes he did. BOMB.

I think in this case, showing up the pitcher is acceptable

Would have been better off beaning him every time, they might still have the lead.

Will A-Rod file assault charges vs Dempster tomorrow? That would be classic A-Rod.

I can't believe they didn't give Pedroia an error for that ball that was hit right to him :X

Yankees @ Red Sox now final at 9-6 to the Yankees. So does Rodriguez's being plunked ultimately matter to the outcome of the ballgame? Hard to say for sure, but still, dumb move.

But I'm not going to complain about 6 pitchers needing to go for the D backs.
Agreed. As crucial as the Pirates pen had been to their success, it's really hard to see them being a WS threat with the amount of innings they threw in the first half plus sll of the extremely long ballgames they've played since. Their fanbase can't wait for Sept callups.

Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

Not only is SD above .500 at home, but they have this weird anomaly of having a winning record against teams above .500. Hopefully the double whammy gets us closer to 1st place by this week's end.

Jsy really coming on strong lately. Gives the cards a 4-2 lead with a run homer

We'll see them shortly. Personally, I'm chomping at the bit to see it. Can't wait. I should be there for all 3 of them.
