Wouldn't mind it if the D-backs took that game into extra, extra inning before finally winning.

Segura works the count, but ultimately flies out to Choo in center on a nice diving play.

Nice catch by Choo. Looked like his spike got caught in the turf that could have been ugly

Not sure why any pitcher throws Francisco a strike. He'll create a strike with most pitches out of the zone.

Pic says the Reds are high on Neftali Soto. Really?
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Billy Hamilton at third? I haven't been following him down at Louisville, but has he been playing at that position?

An explanation and an apology of sorts if I seem quick to anger on issues of race - this is me and my adopted daughter Sadie...I have no tolerance or sense of humor on any racial issues. Too close to home. Believe me, since we adopted we've dealt with it starting with people we thought were friends.

Phillips with some good baserunning there on that one that gets away this time and he's on second.

No, Soto is playing 3rd. Billy is still playing center field. Which is why they are 'high' on Soto...if you can get a first basemans bat at third it really helps out the offense.
