Enough of that "Polyanna" stuff, seriously.

I don't like being told "everything is fine" when the house is burning down, but there's no need to insult people.

It didn't look serious, but then it usually doesn't. It wasn't his arm, but neither was Cueto's injury.

    Fingers crossed.

Comes with pitching, people. Got to live with it. Why you can never have too many starters.

Is there something wrong with 93-mph fastballs down the middle?

With the Reds medical staff being what they are, they're all serious.
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

Serously, why in the world is it considered an insult? You're the moderator but talk about thin skin!

WTF? How does Votto get thrown out? Was he running or walking?

I didn't think they would have a play at first. Instead, Votto was out by two steps.

Good thing he starts from the first-base side of the plate.

Ah yes, the "day to day".

I'd honestly rather know for certain someone's done that to get little nudges of hope here and there like "He's throwing free and easy during long toss" only to see him have TJ surgery the next day.

The Lost Decade did some awful, awful things to my psyche.

One more ground out and Frazier can score.

Oh, wait. That would make three outs.

    Darn.
