It felt like Bruce didn't have a chance...

Bruce homered off Corbin in Arizona back in June. Tonight, he's had no chance. Reds are probably going to have to hold Arizona to one run to win this game.

    This team doesn't like lefties.
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

I'm not saying it because you're offending me, I'm far from one of the optimistic crowd in game threads.

But you're seriously going to tell me you aren't using this in a negative connotation?

Not really concerned about winning tonight's start vs. Corbin. I'm more interested in tomorrow's game to get the series. I just don't expect or even hope to win every game. It's not realistic.

Snakes lead the league in wild pitches...so we have that going for us.

Every time I see Bruce have an AB like that I don't feel good about the future ...on the other hand when he is hot he can carry the team. He is by far the most frustrating player in my lifetime following the reds......well besides Stubbs

These tight games seem to be the Reds' MO.

Because they have some of the best pitching they've had in franchise history combined with an offense prone to anemic outbursts.

He is a classic troll. It's not worth the effort.
