Oddly enough Reds are tied for most PH in the NL and are second in PH OPS.

One of the rare nights Votto has failed to reach base.

They are a third place team. Hopefully they'll get hot in the playoffs. I don't see them overhauling either Pittsburgh or St. Louis.

Votto just looks like a shell of himself.
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

    LOL!

This post reminds me of the depressed robot from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I was definitely surprised Votto struck out. I was not expecting a home run or anything but I am surprised he didn't put it in play.

FWIW she is looking back. She may be trying to figure out what he is doing with his right hand. Wait is she talking smack to him? Is he with the brunette and why are all these fans clapping- it was an brewer homer?

The Internet is definitely serious business. I strongly question if some on here even like baseball. I wish I was never wrong and believed it.

    Go Reds!

I'd keep my distance from the Bob Brenly lookalike and the kid in black. They look like they might want to whoop up on someone after the loss.

Who wears black to a Reds game, honestly?

Joey struggling to stay over 500 SLG wise.

I love him, but he's gotta do at least that to be worth his contract.

Still wondering why Simon pitched the eighth, but Dusty and Price need to sit down with Walt and figure out this bullpen.

No Brox, no Marshall, heavy use of Hoover and Chapman lately, they have to get another guy or at least come up with a plan to avoid games like tonight.

Simon isn't a late inning reliever IMO, he's a very good depth man, but doesn't have the stuff to be on the mound close and late down the stretch.

Can't be losing home games to the Brewers this time of year in a close pennant race.
