    Infield fly?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Was shaping up to be a good 5-2 home stand. 4-3 is not awful by any means, but it ain't gonna get it done when you're chasing a division title against two other quality teams and you have a difficult stretch upcoming.

I hope Ludwick is able to play every day soon because some of these guys just really can't hit this year. They really need every decent bat on the roster to be playing daily if possible.
Ludwick needed days off even before he was hurt. This team whiffed by passing on David Dejesus. Xavier %$#*&%^ Paul is a huge downgrade IMO.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

Estrada has now retired 19 of the last 20 batters. No hits since Choo's single to lead off the game

Nope. Shallow left played by SS.

I'm assuming you're curious about Votto's pop out to short.

You are correct, sir. Only player added from outside the org is Zach Duke, who hasn't made the majors.

Just got in from my fantasy football draft. This kinda sucks.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Chris Welsh just mentioned OPS. He and Kelch are the best pair we've got, in my opinion.

I was planning on buying an engagement ring tomorrow. Maybe this is a sign. Maybe I should wait a couple more years.
